Artist is physically present but refuses or fails to deliver the contracted work. Full refund after review within 72 hours.

- Force majeure exceptionsWeather, road closures, or government restrictions may pause the 48-hour window. Both parties can agree to reschedule without penalty.
- Client-side changesIf you change the event date or location after the artist accepts, standard cancellation rules apply — not the Golden Rule.
- Partial delivery disputesIf the artist showed up and delivered most (but not all) of the work, our team mediates a partial refund based on the booking scope.
